Symptoms

On: E-Business Suite 12.1.3, XML Gateway Inbound Invoices Issue

After restarting the E-Business Suite 12.1.3 instance, all inbound invoices from OSN are showing as stuck at a status of pending.

Processing message received is:

Message received by OTA and enqueued to ECX_INQUEUE.
