Tracking Number Field In Shipping Transaction Form Is Not Querying The Correct Range

On : 12.2.4 version, Miscellaneous Issues

Querying the tracking number in the query manager of the shipping transaction form returns unexpected results.
For example; user provides value from 'FRI1' to 'FRI6' (Lines is selected in the query window) but the delivery details retrieved contains FRI1, FRI2, FRI3, FRI4, FRI5, FRI6, FRI11, FRI12.

Shipping transaction form should retrieve only FRI1, FRI2, FRI3, FRI4, FRI5, FRI6. Issue is FRI11, FRI12 is not within the range provided.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Transactions
4. In query manager , enter FRI1 in tracking number from field and enter FRI6 in tracking number field to

The issue has the following business impact:
