Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Shipment IDs generated are not following a default sequence.
It is noticed that days later that the sequence gap is then filled.
For example, the DB sequence generates Shipment ID 1,3,& 6 today and 4, 5, 10 tomorrow or the next day.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Shipment IDs would always be in sequence.
