"An Alternate Phone Number Is Not Valid Without A Primary Phone Number" During Supplier Registration (Doc ID 2065040.1)

During Prospective Supplier Registration, when attempting to update "Address", the following error occurs.


An Alternate Phone Number is not valid without a Primary Phone Number.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Users in the Prospective Supplier Registration page, enter the Step 1 details.
2. In the Second Page, users create an Address Book and enter the address details along with the Phone Details.
3. Users click on the "Contact Directory", enter the details and click Cancel.
4. Now click on the Address Icon for Update and the error is shown.
