MES Page Crashes While Clocking Into Job Due to Oracle OAException: Java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01476 (Doc ID 2065046.1)

Symptoms


The MES form crashes when clocking in to a job and returns the following error: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero


ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1.  Responsibility: Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

2.  Go to Supervisor Workbench.

3.  Query job name.

4.  Clock into the job.

5.  The aforementioned error occurs.
