XML Gateway Purchase Order (PO) Transmission To Supplier Site Fails With 'SSL Handshake Failure' Error After Migration From SSL To TLS (Doc ID 2065167.1)

On Applications :
When creating a Purchase Order via CreatePO workflow and transmitting to a Supplier, the following error occurs:

oracle.apps.ecx.oxta.ConnectionFailureException: Connection failure resulting from: SSL handshake failed: SSLSessionNotFoundErr'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Create a requisition through iProcurement.
2. This is approved and CreatePO workflow creates the PO and transmits it to the supplier.
3. Above error is received.

This is happening after the supplier migrated from SSL3 to TLS protocol.


Trading partners have disabled SSL 3.0, and is using TLSv1 according to <Note 1937646.1>
