How does one do address validation in OTM?

When scheduling Address Validation in OTM, there is no selection for the geographic information source.

Examining properties and there does not seem to be a global setting to designate the geographical data engine.

It is also unclear what the correction process for locations found to have invalid addresses by the scheduled process would be.
