Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying patches 20435478:R12.GME.C and patch file p21380580_R12.GME.C_R12_GENERIC.zip, when performing a correction on product in a
batch, the onhand material status is changing back to item default material status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Onhand material status should not be changing back to item default material status when performing a correct material transaction for the product.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Navigator > Production supervisor > Batch detail > Create Batch
1. Create product qty 2000, Lot number: 'ABC', locator: '123', Subinventory: 'ABC', Org: 'ABC'

Navigator > Inventory > On-hand, Availability
1. Check on-hand status ='INSP'
2. Change on-hand status to 'GOOD'

>Navigator > Production supervisor > Batch detail > Action > Correct Material Transactions
1. Change product qty to 1810

Navigator > Inventory > Onhand, Availability
1. Check on-hand status ='INSP'
==> Expect value: 'GOOD'
