Purge Purchasing Open Interface Processed Data Not Clearing Table

Using Purchasing, attempting to clear old records in the PO_Headers_Interface and PO_Lines_Interface using the seeded "Purge Purchasing Open Interface Processed Data" request and no records are being deleted
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Reports/Run - submit the "Purge Purchasing Open Interface Processed Data"
3. Find that the data remains.
Header - 38 thousand - of which 31 thousand have interface source code "CATALOG R12 UPGRADE'
Lines - 9.6 million - of which 8.1 million are related to the "CATALOG R12 UPGRADE" headers
status of the headers are
ACCEPTED - 891
IN PROCESS - 5727
INCOMPLETE - 2
PROCESSED - 31755
REJECTED - 31
