A customer would like to segregate Users for reporting purposes so that a Group Manager can only see reporting for his/her own 'group' and no one else.
Knowledge Center's Workgroup would satisfy the request, however, the overhead for importing and managing separate content titles is not a viable solution. (The customer has potentially 40x courses and 100x groups. Not possible to manage 400 courses, required if using Workgroups).
A. Is there a way to restrict reporting to a Single Usergroup?
B. Is there a way to make the same course/titles available to all Workgroups, to avoid duplication?
