Symptoms

Once a new Clause has been created, user is unable to select that clause and view it.
User is also unable to update or submit clause for review.

The following error message is displayed:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contract Terms Library Administrator
2. Contract > Clauses > Attempt to Open a clause.

Business Impact:
Due to this issue users cannot open or review clauses.
