Dispatch Center - Customizations Cant Access Task ID Under All Circumstances (Doc ID 2066127.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Dispatch Center

Actual Behavior

In 12.2.3 Dispatch Center when the user highlights a Task in Task List, Plan Board or Gantt Chart the TASK_NUMBER in block ACTIVETASK is not populated.

In earlier versions there was a field "Active Task Details" which was populated when a Task was highlighted in Task List, Plan board or Gantt Chart. This field was populated from the TASK_NUMBER in block ACTIVETASK.

Expected Behavior

Expect the Active Task information to be available as it was in earlier releases

Steps To Reproduce

  1. (N)Dispatch Center
  2. Query back one or more Tasks
  3. Highlight the Task in any of Task List, Plan board or Gantt Chart.
  4. "Active Task Details" filed does not exist and the TASK_NUMBER in block ACTIVETASK is not populated.
