IP Catalog Large Size Attachments Failing In OSN Send Document Page (Doc ID 2066246.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle iProcurement with Endeca Extensions and in Oracle Supplier Network (OSN), attachments greater than 32MB in size are not able to be attached when manually sending a document in OSN.

The following error appears:

 

Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/snw//tpadmin/TPAttachmentPG.uix
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data
provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

The issue is reproducible with the following steps:

1. Logged in as OSN user.
2. Messaging tab > Send Document subtab.
3. On the Send Document page, in the Attachments region, click the Manage Attachments link.
4. On the Manage Attachments page, attempt to load an attachment greater than 32 MB in size.  The error will occur after a bit of processing time.
