In GSP Wizard, Grades And Grade Rates Are Not Showing Past 301 Values (Doc ID 2066313.1)

Goal

Why in GSP wizard application does not show Grades and Grade Rates that are more than 301 values.

Approximately 1,122 Grades exist and each Grade has 5 steps. All Grades have been defined with Short names and all were added/selected when creating GSP/Ladder - however, only 301 values now show up in the GSP.
