Performance issue in ICX_ENDECA_UTIL_PKG.populate_metadata
Symptoms
In Oracle Product Hub, along with Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.2.3.
In Web ADI, there is a performance issue while updating or creating attributes.
Running Web ADI jobs in PIM to update the UDA attributes in parent/child organizations and the program "EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program" is running for hours for a small set of 2000-2500 records.
It is expected that creating/updating attributes should complete in a reasonable amount of time.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will by running Web ADI jobs in PIM to update the UDA attributes in parent/child organizations.
Business Impact
Due to this issue, the program "EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program" is taking too long to be functional for the business.
