When attempting to plan an Order Release with a Rate Record having DIM Factor linked within Rate Cost in Rate Record,Dimensional Weight & Volume fields are not getting populated

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an RO
2. Create a DIM Factor of 1 CBM = 166 KG
3. Create a Rate x$/kg dimensional weight and assign the DIM Factor within the Rate Cost
4. Create an OR and Plan it
5. Navigate to Buy Shipment and observe the Shipment Dimensional Weight & Volume fields
