Cannot Publish Abstract with PDF for Large Negotiation (Doc ID 2066673.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.4 Oracle Sourcing

Solicitation Abstract with PDF for a single line Negotiation is not published on the abstracts page, and clicking Publish Abstract gives error about number of lines on the solicitation

ERROR

Error
The number of lines on the solicitation will not allow a PDF file to be available on the Abstract. Please disable the PDF option on the Abstract.

Problem 1: Selecting the Abstract to Publish when the Negotiation is published, then the abstract does not publish.
Problem 2: Get error on the Publish Abstract about Line Items when including PDF posting.

WORKAROUND: Do not check the checkbox for ‘Include PDF once Solicitation is published', and then the error does not occur and the abstract does post to the abstract page as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to Sourcing / Solicitations
2. Create Negotiation (Solicitation) having 1 line in Oracle Sourcing
3. Click Enter Date for the Abstract row in the Abstract and Forms retion.
4. Choose the checkbox for ‘Include PDF once Solicitation is published’, and then click the Apply button.
5. Publish the Solicitation
6. Check the Abstract Page and see the abstract is not shown
- So, after the Negotiation is Published the abstract does not go to the abstract page.
7. Navigate again to Negotiation (Sourcing / Solicitation) and view the Solicitation after it is published.
- Abstract and Forms region shows the Abstract in the list, and Status = Not Published
8. Choose Action = Manage Abstract and Forms.
9. Click the Enter Data icon in Abstract and Forms.
10. Click Publish Abstract button
- get the Error
The number of lines on the solicitation will not allow a PDF file to be available on the Abstract. Please disable the PDF option on the Abstract.

Choosing Publish Abstract with the ‘Include PDF once solicitation is published’ throws the error every time.
