Data in Table HZ_STAGED_PARTIES.TX35 Is Not Updated After Customer Merge (Doc ID 2066959.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
After Customer Merge completes, HZ_STAGED_PARTIES.TX35 data is not updated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
After Customer Merge completes, HZ_STAGED_PARTIES.TX35 data should be updated.
The merged customer number should be taken out from the TX35 column

STEPS
--------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two customers in Receivables
2. Merge Party1 to Party2
3. Merge the customer associated with Party 1 to the customer associated with Party 2
4. HZ_STAGED_PARTIES.TX35 contains both Customer1 Number and Customer2 Number
