Goal

In the Receivables Responsibility for Slovakia (SK) Localizations, that has Multi-Organization Access Control (MOAC) enabled, Global Descriptive Flex Field (GDFF) Additional information for Slovakia (JE.SK.ARXTWMAI.TAX_DATE) is mandatory for all the Operating Units (OU).

When creating invoices from other Responsibility, GDFF JE.SK.ARXTWMAI.TAX_DATE is not mandatory.

Why is the GDFF mandatory when creating invoice in Receivables Responsibility for SK ?
