Symptoms

Email Notifications are not being sent to specific iSupplier users that are part of Parent/Child relationship (supplier hierarchy) of suppliers.

•  Users are registered under the supplier.
• The securing attributes are allowing to see all the records of the Child supplier.
• Users can access the notifications, but not receiving the emails
