Changing  Profile Class on Customer Form Raises Error:  oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

 

Changes

 Upgrade to R12.2.4 from previous release
