Goal

On 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version in Oracle Advanced Benefits,

When future enrollments are present and a participant is attempting to view previous coverage periods on the Current Benefits Page, $0 rates are displaying on main row when additional rows are collapsed.

When expanded, previous rate rows are present, and rates are accurate, however the $0 showing on the default collapsed view mode is confusing to employees.
