Outlook File With ".msg" Extension Not Opening in OTM (Doc ID 2068156.1)

When you are trying to view an existing document in OTM, you get an widow that is trying to open a file without extension or without automatically select the appropriate program for that file.



Outlook file with ".msg" extension cannot be viewed in OTM.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Financials -> Damage Claim
2) Create a Damage Claim.
3) Select the new created Damage Claim and click Action button -> Attach Documents (create a new document and attach an .msg file)
4) From the Document screen click on the 'View' button.
