Payroll or QuickPay Fails with "Error was encountered when processing Assignment/Element/Formula" (Doc ID 2068260.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running Payroll Process or QuickPay Run, following errors(HR_51118_HRPROC_ERR_OCC_ON_ASG, HR_51120_HRPROC_ERR_OCC_ON_FML, FFX22J_FORMULA_NOT_FOUND) occurs.

Error was encountered when processing assignment &ASGNO.
Error was encountered when processing Element Type &ETNAME
Error was encountered when processing formula &FMLANAME
An error occurred during formula execution:


A compiled version of the formula &1 cannot be found. Check that it exists and has been compiled before attempting to run it.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run Payroll Process or QuickPay Run.
  2.  Process failed with the errors.
