"Selected Orders" Number From Bulk Plan Screen Does Not Display the Correct Number of Orders (Doc ID 2068367.1)

While planning using recurring process "BuildBuySideShipments" the number of orders selected for a bulk plan in Bulk Plan Screen is 14 however the number of orders planed is 26 and number of orders failed to plan is 0.

When the saved query used for the recurring process above selects 26 orders for the bulk plan, 26 orders selected should be displayed in the bulk plan screen.

The issue can be reproduced with the below steps

1. Having orders defined with Planned Partition and Orders without Planned Partition
2. Schedule recurring process BuildBuySideShipment having Planned Partition defined
3. Notice the "Orders Selected" bulk plan screen. They differ from the orders selected by the query defined.
