Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Catalog Shopping

When attempting to add items to shopping cart, the following exception occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps, for one specific user / requester:

1. Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home page -> Shop -> Stores
2. Search Item and Add to Cart
3. Reported exception occurs.
