Symptoms

Create Accounting is unable to process reversed upgraded AX Receipts.
Customer has upgrade from release 11i and was using AX
Now Receipts are reversed in R12.

Create Accounting fails with error 
The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
