Symptoms

Posting: Single Ledger is running slow after upgrading to Database (DB) version 12.1.0.2.0 from version 11.2.0.4.0.

The logfile shows an issue with deletion of data from GL_BC_PACKETS.

Upgraded from DB version 11.2.0.4.0 to DB version 12.1.0.2.0
