You have encountered an unexpected error After Assigning Item to Suppliers via Mass Change (Doc ID 2068987.1)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) N) Mass change > Assign Item to Suppliers

2) n "Select Items" step : Selected Item Catalog Category from the list of values, click Go

3) Enter specific Item you want to Mass Assign to Suppliers, click next

4) In "Review Items" page, selected the item(s) (check mark), click next

5) Get error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details

When you collect the log with exception level, you can see:

## Detail 0 ## java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.layout.OACellFormatBean cannot be cast to oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.message.OAMessageTextInputBean at oracle.apps.ego.item.mu.webui.EgoFilterCriteriaTBLRNCO.getFilterCriteriaBeansValue(EgoFilterCriteriaTBLRNCO.java:903) at oracle.apps.ego.item.mu.webui.EgoFilterCriteriaTBLRNCO.processFormRequest(EgoFilterCriteriaTBLRNCO.java:789)
