When attempting to update the Organization field on the Benefits Assignment form, the following error occurs:

HR_500161_ASG_INV_SOB_DCC

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.

2. Navigate to People > Total Comp Participation > Person Benefits Assignment and query an employee in question.

3. Attempt to update the Organization field.

4. Error occurs.
