Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.2.4 using Rapidclone on Redhat Enterprise 7.1, it fails with the following error:
FMW Pre-requisite ...........
ERROR: Failed to execute FMW pre-requisite check
ERROR: Failed to execute $COMMON_TOP/clone/bin/adclone.pl
....

OiiolLogger.addFileHandler:Error while adding file handler - $COMMON_TOP/clone/FMW/logs/prereqcheck.log/prereqxxxxx.log
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
The entry point is: oracle.installType.all
Check Name:CertifiedVersions
Check Description:This is a prerequisite condition to test whether the Oracle software is certified on the current O/S or not.
/etc/inittab does not seem to contain default runlevel information.
Expected result: One of redhat-6,oracle-6,oracle-5.6,enterprise-5.4,enterprise-4,enterprise-5,redhat-5.4,redhat-4,redhat-5,SuSE-10,SuSE-11
Actual Result: redhat-7.1
