Cannot Clone 12.2.4 On Redhat Enterprise 7.1 - ERROR: Failed To Execute FMW Pre-requisite Check

On Oracle Applications 12.2.4 using Rapidclone on Redhat Enterprise 7.1, it fails with the following error:

FMW Pre-requisite ...........

ERROR: Failed to execute FMW pre-requisite check

 ERROR: Failed to execute /appti/oracle/sfdfc/fs1/EBSapps/comn/clone/bin/

Actual Result: redhat-7.1
