Unable to Finally Close Purchase Order Via Buyer Work center (Doc ID 2069248.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, HTML Agreements

When attempting to finally close the PO through BWC the following error occurs :

ERROR
-----------------------
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException


Steps to Reproduce :
------------------------
1. Login to Purchasing responsibility --> Buyer Work Center
2. Query a Standard Purchase order and click on Finally close
3. Get the error
