Subscription Service:Item Type Must Be Same.Choose Item With Same Type As Before (Doc ID 2069577.1)

When attempting to enter a line for a Config Item / PTO Model and checking the Subscription Service box,
the following error occurs.

Item Type must be same. Choose item with same type as before.

1. Order Management (OM) Responsibility
2. Sales Orders > Enter Order Header
3. Navigate to line level
4. Enter item '70000' on line 1.1
4. On line 1.1..1 for child item '50001', check the Subscription Service box > error occurs.
