Different Employee Assigned For Task Created After Pick None Exception (Doc ID 2069781.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user does a Pick None exception, a cycle count is created for that Subinventory and location.
But a new picking task is created because material is available in different location.
Employee assigned to this task is different from original Task.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect same employee who is assigned to the first task will be assigned to next task as well.
