What to Expect When Querying Quote Folder Using Flashlight

Applies to:Oracle Order Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
Query using Order Organizer--> quote number XXXX in folder
using F11 and see the quote folder of Production Configuration
and also see the same folder in the sales order form.
However, query using the flashlight
Order Organizer--> quote number XXXX --> Find it does not
show the Production Configuration Folder in the Sales Order form.
Expect when searching using flashlight it should return Quote Form the same as using F11.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
Navigate--> Negotiation --> Quote-->
Created a Folder --> tool Bar --> FOLDER --> NEW (name--> Test folder) Saved as default folder.
Entered a Quote customer --> ABC Corp America in this folder
Entered 1 line. saved (quote # XXXX) and booked quote.
Message said could not book quote
Status is Pending Customer Acceptance.
Close quote window to requery quote XXXX
Using Sales Order Organizer
Enter quote # XXXX See No Sales Order Number because the quote was not booked
but quote appears with correct customer name and correct status.
Click open and quote opens in the defined Test folder with all info put in by support.
Note Book Order is greyed out
On quote form for quote XXXX--> ACTION --> Customer Acceptance
The quote now is on the Sales order form in an entered status (Still in Quote Test Folder)
Note Book Order is available --> Book the order
Message appears Order is booked (status of order on Header tab is BOOKED)
Close out quote / sales order to requery using Order Organizer
Since I do not see a Sales Order number - query using the quote # XXXX
Order Organizer shows the Quote number has now become the Sales Order number XXXX(Same# as quote)
Open the order and it is no longer a quote order, but a Normal Sales order in the Sales Order form
Order Number XXXX and it is not in the Quote folder or form.
