Goal

When you enter counts in the form you can enter the same item multiple times on separate lines. In MSCA, when you enter the same item multiple times it is changing the qty on the 1st count tag of that item and overwriting the quantity with the latest number.  For example: Users count first container having 100, second one having 95 and enter two lines from mobile, but, they see only the latest one with 95 , when they have actually counted 195.
