Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
After entering Extra Information Type (EIT) data for a new hire using templates, the next new hire entered (in succession) will hold the
same EIT information.  This should not be automatically populated for the next new hire.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the next new hire to have a no data for EIT until it is manually entered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. XX HRMS Manager Self Service
2. New Hire (template)
3. > Fill Personal Information tab > Fill in Assignment details tab >
    > Fill in Compensation details tab > Provide Further Legislative info(not mandatory)
    > Extra Info Tab > Select Menu > there is a list of option:
4.  Enter a second New Hire
5.  > Fill Personal Information tab > Fill in Assignment details tab >
    > Fill in Compensation details tab > Provide Further Legislative info(not mandatory)
    > Extra Info Tab > a row exists with the same data as the prior New Hire.
