Symptoms

PROBLEM
Error while updating the Model Quantity on the Quote

ERROR

Error returned from CZ_CF_API.Validate, validation_status <> 0


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set 'ASO : Configuration Effective Date' = 'Configuration Effective Date' at 'Quoting' Application.
2. Make sure there is a quote template with a Model item in it
3. Login as Quoting User (HTML UI)
4. Create a new Quote using a template
5. Change quantity on quote line from 1 to 2 and press "Save" to receive the error
