Symptoms

After applying <Patch: 19273341> R12.BNE.B.delta.4, users are receiving Oracle WebADI:
Fatal Error
You are trying to access a page that redirects you to a web page outside the current domain. Hence, this request has been blocked.


It works if profile options set to:
Applications SSO Login Types: Both
Applications SSO Type: SSWA w/SSO      

It fails if profile option set to:
Applications SSO Login Types: Both
Applications SSO Type: portal/wsso
