In R12, The Contracts Status Change by Range concurrent program does not work in a Global context and contracts eligible for status change are not picked up from all Operating Units. How to achieve 11i functionality of executing program "Contracts Status Change by Range" in a Global context, when it should not matter from which responsibility it has been executed and it should pickup all eligible records for status change ?
