Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, HTML Requests(AutoCreate)

When clicking on dashboard in Buyer Work Center (BWC)

ERROR

Error Message 'OAException FND_NO_REGION_DATA PoOperationalDashboardPG'


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center
3. Click on Dashboard - it does not open.

Due to this issue, users cannot open dashboard

 

*** The Dashboard has also been appearing in 12.1.3 instances.
