Performance Issue While Saving Online PO Receipts (Doc ID 2070310.1)

Symptoms

Saving a PO Receipt takes approximately 1-2 minutes.

Expect performance should be less than 20 seconds.

Issue does not occur when RCV: Processing Mode is Immediate or Batch

Steps
-----------------------
1. Enter Find Receipts form and enter data
2. Save after checking which lines to receive (Performance occurs)
