View update allocation grayed-out
Symptoms
When transacting a move order and clicking on view update allocation to enter serial number, the button is grayed out unavailable. Application does not prevent users from Transact Move order or Ship Confirm without serial numbers.
Profile Setting:
Attribute control : Serial number generation controlled at Org level
Item definition : Serial generation at sales order issue
Organization parameters : Uniqueness within inventory item & Generation user Defined
