ClassNotFoundException Error When Viewing Graphs In Sourcing Supplier Home Page (Doc ID 2070924.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Install and Upgrade

When attempting to view "Graph Price/Score by Time" or "Graph Price by Score", the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle as a supplier using the supplier external link.
2. Navigate to Sourcing Supplier > Sourcing > Sourcing Homepage.
3. Under the “Your Active and Draft Responses” section, click on the Full List button.
4. Search for any quotation where the Monitor icon is enabled. Click on one.
5. Select a line and click on the Graph button
