UK Employees Over 21 With NI Cat I Payroll Does Not Error (Doc ID 2071020.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, UK Payroll

UK Payroll 14/15 employee over 21 with NI cat I payroll does not error

Where an employee is under 21 but has a NI category which should be used by an over 21 employee then the payroll errors. However, where an employee over 21 has a NI category which should be used by under 21 employee then the payroll does NOT error.

Attempted to change an over 21 to Category M – Got Error:-

APP-PER-78179: Invalid Ni category, Categories M K I and Z are only eligible for employees less than 21 years of age.

Created an employee aged 16 change category to D – Got Error

APP-PER-78180 invalid Ni category. Categories A.B.C.D.E and L are only applicable for employees who are 21 years of age or older.

Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an employee <21
2. Assign an NI Category for <21
3. Change DOB to over 21
4. Run Quickpay
5. Get incorrect message
