Unable To View Allocated Checklist Getting Exception Page: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to open the Allocated Checklists form,
the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer.processError(T4CTTIoer.java:439)

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log into Applications with Super HRMS Manager .
  2.  Navigate --> People --> Enter and Maintain --> Others
  3.  Select a "Allocated Checklists" from the Others button LOV.
  4.  The page opening with above mentioned error message.
