Default Salesrep Profile Does Not Show The Updated Value Of The Name Which Has Been (Doc ID 2071469.1)

Symptoms

OM Default Salesrep profile does not show the updated value of the name which has been changed in HR

There are employees whose names have been changed in HR but the change in not reflected in the above profile.

Steps:
1. Changed people name in
  Global HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain
2. from "Mr. XYZ" to "Mr. ABC XYZ"
  where ABC is the Middle name

3. In System administrator -> Profiles -> System -> profile option OM: Default Salesrep
  value shown only as "Mr. XYZ"
