Turkey Localization CLE: Return To Portfolio Process does not Create Debit Memo (Doc ID 2071945.1)

Symptoms

CLE: Return to Portfolio is not creating Debit Memo upon Clicking OK Button in the window.

Follow below steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create Check Note Entry from CLE: Check Note Entry Window.

2. The Check Note Entry form will create Receipt.

3. Remit the Receipt by navigating to remittance window

4. Open the Receipt and click on CLE: Return to Portfolio from the Actions Menu

5. Click OK Button, It should show message 'Receipt created and Debit Memo Created'

6. It is neither showing any message nor creating any Debit Memo.
