"A party context attribute is missing" Error During Order Booking With Order After Customer Merge (Doc ID 2072153.1)

When attempting to book an existing order that was modified by the Customer merge process that replaced the customer accounts on the order to a new customer account - order contained credit card information when originally entered,
the following error occurs.

"A party context attribute is missing, or does not have referential integrity with its source table.
Credit card authorization for this order has failed. Verify entered credit card number and expiration date are correct. (AMOUNT=22.83)"
