MFS Error With IOS9 Update After Obtaining Signature (Doc ID 2072239.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, MFS MP iOS Client

After obtaining a signature and at the next auto sync
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Exception occured while composing data for upload.[SQL Error in compose_lob_data generae LobXFile - /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/E17CB26A-8B0E-4E2C-9EE1-15DF01E34A18/Library/Cache/file_0/0000000000 (No such file or directory)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in MFS MP
2. Go to Signature window
3. Obtain a Signature and check the Auto Sync
